There is a waterproof GORE-TEX liner along the cushioned foam midsole that wicks away sweat and keeps feet dry in wet conditions. Polyurethane-coated heel and toe caps provide enhanced durability and are abrasion-resistant. Danner manufactured these boots on 610 last, which allows for a comfortable fit, but still keeps ankles secure when running or climbing.
